Hello again! Nobody was expecting us to talk so soon, but there has been some exciting news! Kodansha Comics just held it’s Comic-Con@Home panel for Shaman King today and announced a ton of new titles. In addition to the original Shaman King manga, they also licensed a bunch of the spin-off and sequels!

As previously mentioned for some releases earlier this week… we have removed the following from Mankin-Trad:

• Shaman King Zero
• Shaman King Flowers
• Shaman King The Super Star
• Shaman King Red Crimson

Effectively immediately we no longer host these chapters on Mankin-Trad and both The Super Star and Red Crimson are considered “dropped” in scanlation terms, as these series have been officially licensed in English.

In the coming days we will continue to update our website and provide additional links on how you can support these series. We have already created pages for The Super Star and Red Crimson and will update soon with additional links.

With the removal of these chapters from our website, this will also function as official notice for any other manga hosting aggregators to remove all previous Mankin-Trad releases that were listed above. With an official release announced shortly, they should be supported to the fullest extent and a swift removal prior to release is the best way moving forward. We recommend that websites in replacement should follow our lead and provide links to the variety of locations where the series can be purchased. Thanks!

We hope that you continue to support the Shaman King series and purchase these new digital versions that will be released. There is still much more exciting adventures in Shaman King The Super Star and Shaman King Red Crimson and we look forward to reading it with all of you in the near future.
