It's in the QC phase! That's quality check. Or the "make sure it's consistent with past releases and is all pretty."
That means it's "coming soon."

When will the translation of three chapters

jumping TO the roof, but it's probably be just weird translation of the french expression, i thought it existed in english... it's like in cartoons when a loney toon is so happy he jumps and he break the sealing with his head. I wouldn't jump off the roof XD

I've been searching all over the world for chapter 3, and once it comes out, I will eat my legs. All eight of them.

Quickly post chapter 3 before I go crazy and eat the rest!!!!
A quick rundown on our current process at Mankin-Trad...
1. Raw Scanning
2. "Translator cleaning" of the raw (make raw smaller, but readable in Japanese)
3. Translating
4. First-Pass cleaning (basic overall cleaning/resizing)
5. Second-Pass cleaning & typesetting (do somethings I skip the first time)
6. Quality Check (QC) (this is for the translation, so the finalized translation is done)
7. Third-Pass cleaning (Do the redrawing not done yet, and add in anything else not done)
8. Release Process (making into png files, and all the other stuff going into finalizing the release)
So... right now it's in the "Third Pass cleaning" Which is closely tied to the QC phase. And the Third-pass cleaning is where alot of time can be taken up. Like over an hour for each "tricky" page. So... if there is like 10 "tricky pages" then there could be 10 hours of work there... Like all the grill grate lines needing to be redrawn today... so many...!
Also, it's not releasing tonight. It's got to cook one more day... but the end is in sight. Just got to do the double page spread and the color page.

oh ok i thought quality check was when everything was all done and andy was re rereeding it thouroughly and maniacly making sure each glitter of princess hao's tiar was there U.U (and i say this as a compliment)
Well Cat, i'm sure princess hao will come done to give you back your legs, she wouldn't want a case of fanatic impatience madness to threat her pefectness in her next apearence. I doub't she'll repare my roof though... imma sit down.
